Quickie Q7
The Quickie Q7 is an ultralight rigid chair composed of 7000 series aluminum, which is extruded, bent and welded into a wheelchair frame. The ShapeLoc heat-treatment process converts the soft aluminum to hardened T6 aluminum. The frame features ovalized tubing to reduce flex and enhance the strength and rigidity of the Q7. Hydroformed caster housings and transport handles create a sleek design. To accommodate a range of users, the Q7 is available in two frame designs – Adjustable and Active Rigid. The active rigid model weighs as low as 12.75 lbs.
